I have been a real estate investor since 1996. Buying and selling over a dozen of my own personal residences and hundreds of investment properties.  I truly belive in the product I am selling.   

I currently manage a portfoilio of over 100 single family investment homes. I am a State of Kansas licensed master plumber, licensed master mechanical and licensed residential contractor. 

I have managed and continue to manage A-1 Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical since 1997. 

In 2023.I joined my wife, Carol Holthaus, on the Holthaus Home Team as agents with Keller Williams One Legacy Partners LLC.
