I was born and raised in Topeka, KS. and have worked In NE Kansas all of my life. My mother and father immigrated to the US from Northern Germany in 1963.
My wife and I have recently moved out to Lake Perry in Jefferson County and enjoy the outdoors, boating and wildlife in the area.
My career as a Residential and Commercial Realtor began in 2005 Selling my own Commercial property. With over 20 years experience, 370 properties SOLD and CLOSED, (over $50 million in sales volume), in the Sunflower MLS; I have an over 97% list price to sale price average.
